If, as many now believe, the United States is heading toward a de facto oligarchy, then the views of that oligarchy on foreign-policy and security issues are clear—and they’re close to those of Hillary Clinton.
There is certainly little basis for the belief that she would be prepared to challenge the oligarchy on these issues.
