Каждый народ имеет того президента, которого имеет. В нашем, ведь, тоже воплотились чаяния. Как вот сделать так, чтобы правящая илита была хоть чуть-чуть похожа на человека - вот задача для мировой педагогики. Англичаны и американцы бьются изо всех сил, в парниках выращивают - а и то выходит смешно порой, а у нас то, на постсоветском пространстве - дички сплошные, никакой селекции, дай бог, польют иногда, нефтью, чтобы создать условия. Что посеешь, то и пожнешь, ведь правильно мудрец-то говорил.
