Понятно, что никакой своей внешней политики у Путина нет. Он просто proxy для каких-то сил. И вот, видимо, эти силы сейчас активно толкают Меркель под руку в вопросе о мигрантах. Скажем, в рамках англо-европейских переговоров о том, какие отступные получит Британия за то, что останется в Евросоюзе. Может же такое быть? :-)
Ну и на медийное пространство это вот так вот проецируется.
