Ну, текущий тон комментаторов внушает надежду. Вчерашняя статья в NYT, если коротко: "мы идиоты, что вторглись; дважды идиоты, что ушли".
Но вообще это интересный вопрос, о пределах ответственности. В конце концов, дикари всегда режут друг друга сами ("and that's the way it is", подсказывает капча).
